Paper Submission

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstract within two to three weeks of abstract submission. Full papers should then be submitted by accepted authors before the deadline of 15th of December 2018.

Paper Template is available. Please download the template HERE and prepare your full paper by editing the file. Authors are kindly requested to carefully follow the format provided, with a maximum number of pages of 6.

License Agreement and Copyright license

AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement and Copyright License Checklist are now available in a single ZIP file. Please download it from HERE.

After the Final paper's acceptance (i.e. after the full paper revieweing process), authors will be required to sign a copy of the AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement, to scan and upload together with the modified full paper to the EasyChair platform.
